ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Odeylis Mederos is a professional dancer and certified yoga instructor with a rich background in movement. She holds a 200-hour Yoga and Ayurveda Teacher Training certification from Radiant Sun Academy. She graduated from the Art Academy in Contemporary Dance and built her career performing with esteemed companies such as Danza Contemporánea de Cuba in Havana and Los Hijos del Director, where she was featured as a lead dancer.

In 2019, Odeylis shifted her focus to the science of Yoga, merging her dance expertise with a holistic approach to wellness. She is dedicated to helping others cultivate awareness and achieve balance through the teachings of Yoga and Ayurveda.
